The paddock blade is fantastic it worked much better than I imagined it would! Really pleased with how well it cleared the fields. Would definitely recommend to anyone that’s wants to save time and energy poo picking. Very speedy delivery as well.
I received my Paddock Blade yesterday, it arrived very quickly and I couldn’t wait to try it out. I’ve not poo picked since placing the order so there was a fair amount to do! I spent a few hours yesterday using the Paddock Blade and cleared my fields in a couple of hours which by hand would have taken days and days. Received our paddock blade on Friday and honestly couldn’t be more thrilled with it. It’s easy to use, does a fabulous job and really couldn’t recommend it enough! To top it off the entire process was hassle free too 👌🏼
The blade is a useful tool, however, it is very heavy and you will need to empty it by hand. You need good upper body strength to move it if it’s empty. You wouldn’t be able to lift it, safely, once it’s full to tip it into a trailer. The front of the blade clogs quickly. I have to carry a shovel on the quad to move it back into the blade. It won’t pick everything up. It flattens it and spreads it about. I’ve only had it a few weeks and it is summer here in Scotland. How it will cope in winter when the ground is muddy and sodden, I do not know. The customer service was excellent and delivery was good. The product is robust and well made. In summary, don’t expect miracles. It isn’t light and you will have to manually remove the manure as it will be too heavy to lift a full blade to tip it into a trailer. Does it save time? Yes.

1: It does have to be heavy to get the job done, thats part of the robust design. If your finding it to heavy to lift either fill it less or you can sweep/rake it out.
2: If the fronts getting blocked your not going fast enough to create enough inertia to move what your collecting back into the blade so the new stuff can enter. 10-15mph is a guide depending on your vehicle and terrain.

Where do I start with this wonderful product? It’s easy to use, dump and clean! Cuts cleaning time down to a fraction of what we spent with a pitchfork. What usually took a few hours took us 20 minutes! We use our side by side and had 9 full dumps from the blade into the bed. The paddock blade cleaned way more than we would have been able to even removing some bigger rocks just dragging it behind the side by side. We recycle all the waste here and spread it with lime on the hayfields in the fall after hay season so this will make cleaning a breeze and help with more fertilizer! My only regret is not buying this sooner! We have a variety of pasture sizes from 1 acre to a few 40 acres and over a dozen pastures for horses of different levels of care. The Paddock blade will make their pastures cleaner and is so easy to use we plan to use it daily! Thank you for the wonderful product making farm life easier, healthier, cleaner and convenient. Such a wonderful product for any farm!

We live north of Abilene and we have lots of rocks in our pasture . The paddock blade has worked wonders at picking up the rocks, however we need to not let it get too full as then it is impossible to empty by hand . We pull it with our kubota .
Hey Katharina! The Paddock Blade loves rocks and eats them for breakfast as you've found out! Finding that sweet spot between collection and dumping takes a little bit of time, once you get it right you'll be saving a bunch of time effort and energy! Kubota's are a great machine and is a favourtite for out Texan friends!
I just finished my first go round on 3 out of my 4 pastures. It seemed to work like a charm. We've had crazy rain the last couple of weeks so today was the first day I could go out. It got the majority. And anything that was too wet was distributed evenly and will now water in as we continue to get our heavy winter rains in the PNW.
I highly recommend this product. I also really appreciated being able to connect with a live person on the phone and by text messaging to answer my questions before I made my purchase.

We’ve had our paddock blade for a month now and it’s been an incredible tool! It makes cleaning and maintaining our fields extremely easy and almost effortless. Easy to hook up to any piece of small equipment, easy to drag around, easy to dump, easy to store. Hands down, one of the BEST tool additions to the farm. You won’t regret your decision if you’re contemplating purchasing one of your own. Highly recommending the paddock blade!
